My top 3 summer/fall YA reads

I know I’m an adult, but I read a lot of YA fiction (even if I didn’t enjoy them, I’d try to keep up with them.  I’m a teacher, and I like being able to talk to my students about reading).  The book box I get (Uppercase) sends out new YA books every month.  So far, I’ve loved them all, but here are my top 3.

  1. My Lady Jane by Brodi Ashton, Cynthia Hand, and Jodi Meadows

This book was a delight.  Historical, hysterical, magical (sorry, I couldn’t think of another h word).  A consuming and fun read.  I can’t wait to go back for more.

If you haven’t been following this blog, you don’t know that I am about to move for a new teaching job, and I’m about to start a whole new phase in my life.
